DOUG IS THE BEST. HE MADE SURE MY SEWER WAS WORKING BEFORE HE LEFT. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND CLEANED UP WHEN DONE. I use ACTION for all my plumbing needs. They are the best and fastest. I encourage everyone to use them.

Did a great job, and shared valuable information on the nexts steps and details of his work and what needed to be done. Very quick to reply to any questions or concerns as well! I’ll be using him in any future jobs or inspections needed.

Early this morning, 11/3/2025, I called Doug about a clogged toilet! This problem occured Sunday so, we made an appt for Monday morning. He stopped by earlier because I called him again. He fixed it and the price was fair. He also shared information about why the problem happened in the first place. Next, I want to install a new kitchen sink. I'll call ACTION SEWER and DRAIN because they can do it with great care. They have my business.

Action Sewer has always been our go to for drain cleaning. We live in a 100+ year old home and the pipes are old. Doug always stays till the clog (stubborn tree roots) is clear and does not leave a job unfinished. Doug gives advice on a maintenance schedule to prevent future back ups and other solutions to ongoing plumbing problems. Doug is also very kind to my curious boys that always want to see what he is doing. They are a great company to work with and would highly recommend them.

I cannot stress enough how amazing, on time, patient and thorough Action is! No, this is not my first review for them but we’d take the time to leave a review every time we have the experience we have had. Yes, buying a house can be a pain but there has not been one plumbing or sewer issue that Action has not helped us solve…and they weren’t always easy fixes! Highly recommend!

We’ve been using Action for several years now and have always been extremely happy with their services. They’re efficient, easy to work with, and always communicative. Doug has been great at addressing areas of concern with our drains. We’ve had a few emergency needs and they’ve been able to come out same day or next day. Cannot recommend them enough.

The people who work at Action Sewer are so pleasant and caring. The technician that has been to my house twice, Doug, is extremely thorough in performing his job. I would recommend this company to anyone. Prices are very fair.

From the time I called for an appt, I got top shelf service. Letting me know who was coming, and exactly when to expect. A phone call to let me know when Doug was on the way. He was polite, knowledgeable, organized, and remedied our issues quickly and cleanly. I will recommend to anyone looking for professional honest help at a fair and honest price!! 5 GOLD stars for your company⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had Doug over to our house, he did great work very courteous and professional. Price was very reasonable. Spoke with Steve over the phone, retured my call promptly and as discussed Doug arrived to our house on time and completed the job, very happy with his work. I will use the company again if needed.
